Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Painting With A Twist – MG. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Orders

Orders may be placed through our website or via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp.

All orders are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Incorrect details were provided
  • An obvious pricing error occurred

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euro (€).

Once your order is confirmed, the agreed price will not change.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time for future orders.

3. Payment

If payment is required before dispatch, orders will only be processed once payment is received in full.

Unpaid orders may be cancelled.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery timeframe is 1.5–2 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery to Malta is sent via MaltaPost Registered Mail (€6 flat fee). Collection in Gozo is free.

If urgent delivery is requested, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by MaltaPost or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Damaged Items

Returns are not accepted if the correct item was delivered in good condition.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide photo evidence.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • A partial refund

This decision will be made based on the specific circumstances.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch.

Once an item has been prepared or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, images, and materials belong to Painting With A Twist – MG.

They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Painting With A Twist – MG shall not be liable for:

  • Postal delays
  • Loss caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer
  • Indirect or consequential damages

9. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
