How do I place an order?

You can order through our website or send us a message on Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp with the book name and your delivery details.

Tip: If you’re ordering via message, include the book name, language (if applicable), and your preferred delivery option.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 1.5–2 weeks.

Do you offer urgent delivery?

Yes. Select Urgent Delivery at checkout and leave a note with your preferred date — we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How much is delivery to Malta?

Delivery to Malta is sent via MaltaPost Registered Mail — €6 flat fee.

Can I collect in Gozo?

Yes. Collection in Gozo is free from Għarb, Gozo. You will be notified when your order is ready.

Do you deliver within Gozo?

Delivery within Gozo is available upon request.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are not accepted if the correct item was delivered in good condition with no damages. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us first so we can assist you.

How are the books packaged?

Each book is carefully wrapped in kite paper and placed in a padded bubble envelope for maximum protection. Because the envelope is larger than a standard letterbox, it will likely be handed to you directly. If no one is home, MaltaPost will leave a collection notice for pickup from your local MaltaPost office.
